How To Use Interdental Brush

The first step is to choose the right interdental brush. We can choose five kinds of toothbrushes from small to large, SSS,SS,S,M,L, according to the size of their teeth. If you do not know how to choose for the first time, it is recommended to use SSS type toothbrush.
Slowly insert the interdental brush between your teeth, taking care to be gentle. If the tooth seam is too small to fit the toothbrush, do not force it into the tooth, so as not to cause bleeding gums.
Gently move the interdental brush back and forth, and use the bristles to gently scrape out food debris and tartar to reduce damage to the gums and teeth.
Slowly remove the interdental brush and rinse your mouth with water to remove the residue. There may be bleeding gums during the whole process, and gargling with water can also play a hemostatic role.
At this time, we can cooperate with mouthwash and gargle for about three minutes to reduce the possibility of bacterial infection.
After the removal is complete, scrub the intertooth, shake the water off the bristles, and put it into the intertooth brush cover for next use.
